What's an Implementation Agent?

Hi,

I’m Brandon and I’m an implementation agent. What is that you ask? The concept is this - when you buy a house, you hire a real estate agent to walk you through the process and to make sure you avoid pitfalls. That’s me but for implementations. Make sense?

Implementations are notoriously painful but they don’t have to be. It is common for folks on the customer side to feel significant stress and/or want to quit their jobs for having gone through a botched implementation. Let’s be honest, everyone has gone through at least one of these and developed PTSD as a result.

I have done implementations since 2012 on both the customer and vendor side. In response to the onslaught of poor customer experiences, I developed a methodology specifically for implementations. I have not found these nuances taught anywhere which is why a lot of project managers with a PMP don’t know how to peacefully navigate an implementation.
